S&R Sales through the Years TriMark Service and Replacement Division has been a part of TriMark for 22 years. First started in 1999, they provide original parts and components to a wide range of customers that include multi-million-dollar Corporations, small OEM’s, dealers, service and distribution centers, locksmiths, and end-users. Maintaining a staff of 6 since inception, sales has been on a steady upward trend now reaching 5+ times the first-year sales. Their goal is to carry sufficient inventory that can be ready to ship within 48 hours, providing small to medium order quantities with short lead-times. Shipments range from a single key in a padded envelope to multiple large pallets of boxed parts and everything in-between. Products include a variety of latches, handles, linkages, striker bolts, locks and keys, including some OEM discontinued product. Sales are primarily in the US, but S&R has shipped product throughout the World. Orders are taken over the phone, via email and internet as well as through web portals such as Amazon. Besides the usual markets of RV, Ag, Construction and Truck, they have sold products to people who needed to replace TriMark products on ice houses, port-a-potties, bear proof garbage cans, earth bins, customized golf carts, porch lock boxes, coin operated vending machines and custom vehicles such as the Neuter Scooter, dog hair trimming mobile unit and Massage/salon RV. 13
